Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight polysaccharide with D- glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-glucosamine as repeating structure unit. Because of the action of hydrogen bond between the monosaccharide in HA linear axle, HA molecular forms a rigid screw column structure in space. Strong hydrophilic properties exist due to the large amount of hydroxyl groups. Note:
1. This product intends to absorb moisture. Therefore it shouldn’t be exposed under moisture conditions for long time and should be kept under cool, sun-proof as well as airproof conditions. Hyaluronic acid is macromolecule polysaccharide with glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-glucosamine as repeating structure unit, therefore the content of Hyaluronic acid is analyzed by calibration of glucuronic acid content. Hyaluronic acid should be avoided mixing with the surface active agent with many cations because it is a kind of compound with many anions. Or it will be precipitated.
2. Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight substance and hard to be dissolved. It should be added into water slowly and stir the water avoiding hyaluronic acid forming agglomeration. You can have solution heated to accelerate its dissolving and it should not exceed 60℃.
3. Hyaluronic acid is a kind of polysaccharide and is sensitive to be infected by microbe. It should be used out one bottle or bag after unsealing. If there is some remainder in it, please tighten the film and seal the bottle or bag against moisture.
4. Dissolving hyaluronic acid with sterilized distilled water or deionized water is much better for storage. It should be used out one time after dissolving, or should be kept sealed. Also it can be added some preservative.
